Power Automedia is excited to announce recent growth and multiple new hires to their editorial and technology departments. Most notably, Rolando Garcia has joined the team as the company’s Senior Director of Technology and Platform. Garcia has over ten years of experience in the technology industry, having spent seven years at a digital marketing agency and four years helping start-up businesses in San Francisco, California. He now manages the company’s publishing platform and works alongside the design team to create and manage all web features.
“I love the sense of family and community here at Power Automedia. I’m excited to be with a company that has so many up-and-coming ideas, like our new livestream motorsport division. I think that’s going to be the next big thing for us,” Garcia said. “Bringing in Rolando was a big step forward for Power Automedia,” explained CEO James Lawrence. “His experience in web technology and platforms is going to provide us with a very strong foundation for our publishing platforms. With the launch of SpeedVideo.com, his knowledge of video streaming and social media technology is also going to be a real asset.”
Jenna Schiebe was hired as an Editorial Department Assistant and Junior Staff Writer. Schiebe’s love for cars and background in media drew her to work at Power Automedia. She came from a web marketing position, and currently writes for LSX Magazine. She is also in the process of undertaking photography for new hires and aftermarket automotive products, as well as social media management responsibilities.
Power Automedia’s newest hire, Kaley Lione, joined the organization as a Technical Support Analyst. Before Power Automedia, Lione spent two years working as a Genius at Apple. She will be managing Power Automedia’s IT infrastructure, network system, and IT inventory.
